If you discover that an item is missing or damaged upon delivery, here’s what to do:
Steps to address the issue:
- Contact your Quality Provider immediately
- Document the issue with photos if possible
- The Provider will arrange to deliver a replacement if available
If you accidentally damage an item during your rental period, the BabyQuip Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damage up to $1,000 with a $25 deductible.
