What should I do if my rental item is missing or damaged?

If you discover that an item is missing or damaged upon delivery, here’s what to do:

Steps to address the issue:

  • Contact your Quality Provider immediately
  • Document the issue with photos if possible
  • The Provider will arrange to deliver a replacement if available

If you accidentally damage an item during your rental period, the BabyQuip Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damage up to $1,000 with a $25 deductible.
