What is your cancellation policy for cleaning services?

Once a reservation for baby gear cleaning services is made, any service fees are non-refundable. If you cancel all or any portion of the requested cleaning services at least 24 hours before the pick-up, drop-off, or on-site service time, you will receive a 100% refund of all other fees and charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, you will also be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
