What is your cancellation and modification policies for Party rentals

Standard cancellation policy

• 7+ days before event: Full refund minus service fee
• 3-6 days before event: 50% refund minus service fee
• 48 hours or less before event: Non-refundable

Weather considerations

• Outdoor events may qualify for weather-related rescheduling
• Indoor backup plans are recommended for outdoor events
• Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of the Quality Provider

Modifications

• Changes to party rental packages can usually be accommodated up to 7 days before your event
• Additions may be possible closer to the event date, subject to availability
• Reductions in rental packages follow the standard cancellation policy
