What is the BabyQuip service fee?

To help cover the costs of running BabyQuip, including processing fees, customer support, and our Trust and Safety program, we charge a service fee between 6% and 9% every time a reservation is made through the BabyQuip platform.

The service fee is calculated based on the reservation subtotal, including rental and delivery charges (before taxes and other fees). The exact amount of the service fee is displayed before payment, as well as on the cart, delivery, billing, and payment pages.
