What is BabyQuip's cancellation policy?

BabyQuip’s cancellation policy balances flexibility for customers with fairness for Quality Providers (QPs).

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancel within 24 hours of booking (if the start time is more than 48 hours away) → Full refund minus the BabyQuip service fee
  2. Cancel more than 24 hours before your reservation → Full refund of delivery fees, surcharges, and prepaid tips

Rental fee refunds depend on timing:

  • 15+ days before start date → Full refund
  • 14 or fewer days before → Rental fees are non-refundable

Cancel For Any Reason Protection:

✔ Allows cancellations up to the start time for a full refund of rental fees (minus the CFAR fee)
