Am I financially responsible for lost, damaged, or dirty BabyQuip rentals?
Customers are financially responsible for:
- Excessive cleaning needs (including vomit, diaper accidents, or smoke odor)
- Missing parts or accessories
- Stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
- Damage from improper use
- Theft of equipment during the rental period
- Damage exceeding $1,000 in value
An additional cleaning fee of $25 per item may be charged if equipment is returned excessively dirty.
