Am I financially responsible for lost, damaged, or dirty BabyQuip rentals?

Customers are financially responsible for:

  • Excessive cleaning needs (including vomit, diaper accidents, or smoke odor)
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
  • Damage from improper use
  • Theft of equipment during the rental period
  • Damage exceeding $1,000 in value

An additional cleaning fee of $25 per item may be charged if equipment is returned excessively dirty.
