What are my responsibilities as a BabyQuip customer?

As a BabyQuip customer, you are responsible for:

  1. Proper Use: Using all rented equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and instructions provided
  2. Supervision: Ensuring appropriate adult supervision of children using the equipment
  3. Care: Maintaining the equipment in the same condition it was delivered
  4. Reporting: Promptly reporting any damage, loss, or safety concerns to your Quality Provider
  5. Financial Responsibility: Covering the cost of:
    • The $25 deductible for damage claims
    • Any damage below $25 in value
    • Any damage above $1,000 in value
    • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of rental terms
