What are my responsibilities as a BabyQuip customer?
As a BabyQuip customer, you are responsible for:
- Proper Use: Using all rented equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and instructions provided
- Supervision: Ensuring appropriate adult supervision of children using the equipment
- Care: Maintaining the equipment in the same condition it was delivered
- Reporting: Promptly reporting any damage, loss, or safety concerns to your Quality Provider
- Financial Responsibility: Covering the cost of:
- The $25 deductible for damage claims
- Any damage below $25 in value
- Any damage above $1,000 in value
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of rental terms
