BabyQuip vendor delivery policies at Disney World

When having baby gear delivered to Disney World or Disneyland properties, please note the following policies and guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

Pre-arrival communication

Your BabyQuip Quality Provider will contact you before delivery to coordinate timing and logistics.

In-person delivery requirement

For strollers, ECVs (Electric Convenience Vehicles), wheelchairs, and car seats, Disney requires that all deliveries must be made in person to the guest who rented the equipment. Equipment cannot be left unattended at the resort.

Storage restrictions & fees

  • Disney World: If equipment is left unattended, Disney will place it in storage and charge the vendor a $75 storage and handling fee per item. This may delay your access to the equipment.

  • Disneyland Resort: Unattended equipment will be placed in storage, and the vendor will be charged a $45 per day storage and handling fee per item. Disney is not liable for unattended equipment.

Designated Drop-Off Locations

Vendors must use pre-determined drop-off and pickup locations at each resort:

  • Disney World: Typically near the Bell Services area.

  • Disneyland Resort:

    • Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa: Hotel self-parking lot, breezeway between the Eureka Fitness Center and taxi lane.

    • Disneyland Hotel: Hotel self-parking lot, near the fountains by the front drive/porte cochere.

    • Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel: Front drive/porte cochere, designated loading area to the left (south) of the hotel front doors.

    • Good Neighbor Hotels & Off-Property Locations: Deliveries can be made to nearby hotels and vacation rentals.

No backstage access

Vendors are prohibited from accessing backstage areas unless accompanied by a Cast Member.

Required guest information

If you are not present for delivery, your Quality Provider will need your full name, reservation number, and arrival date to coordinate with the resort.
