Understanding BabyQuip’s cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy depends on whether you've purchased Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) protection.

With CFAR protection:

• Full refund (minus the CFAR fee) if you cancel anytime before your reservation start time

Without CFAR protection:

• Cancel 15+ days before start: Full refund minus service fee
• Cancel 14 or fewer days before start: Non-refundable

The BabyQuip service fee is non-refundable, except when a Quality Provider cancels a reservation.
