Tips for a smooth pickup experience at Disney

Pickup procedures follow the same guidelines as deliveries:

  • Quality Providers must meet guests in person at designated locations to collect equipment.
  • Equipment should not be left with Bell Services or at the front desk unless specifically arranged in advance.
  • Coordinate pickup times that align with your departure schedule, keeping in mind checkout times and transportation arrangements.
