At BabyQuip, safety is our top priority. All baby gear undergoes rigorous inspections and cleaning to ensure quality and safety for every family:

• Quality Providers (QPs) meticulously clean their baby equipment after each rental.
• Items are thoroughly inspected and cleaned after every pickup and before the next delivery.
• Parent-approved, non-toxic cleaners are used for all items.
• All baby gear is checked against recall lists for safety.
• Car seats are regularly monitored for expiration dates.
• All Quality Providers pass mandatory background checks.
• $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage is provided on all rentals, which covers potential claims from third parties for bodily injury or property damage during the rental period.

This insurance covers potential claims from third parties for bodily injury or property damage that might occur during the rental period. It's an important differentiator between BabyQuip and other baby gear rental services. The insurance does not cover theft of equipment by customers, nor does it cover repair or replacement costs for normal wear and tear on baby gear.
