Liability and damage policies for Party rentals

Insurance coverage

• All BabyQuip rentals include liability insurance coverage
• Coverage details are available upon request
• Some venues may require a certificate of insurance (COI)

Damage policies

• Renters are responsible for excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Missing items will be charged at replacement cost
• Cleaning fees may apply for excessively soiled items

Safety requirements

• Adult supervision is required at all times
• No food or drinks allowed on or near soft play equipment
• Shoes should be removed before playing on soft equipment
• Maximum capacity guidelines must be followed
