I made a reservation for the wrong dates. Can I get a refund?
If you've made a reservation for incorrect dates, please contact your Quality Provider or our customer service team as soon as possible.
Date change or refund policy:
- If it’s more than 24 hours before the rental start date, you’ll typically be eligible for a full refund or date change, subject to availability.

For situations like flight cancellations, weather emergencies, or other unexpected disruptions, contact your Provider and our customer service team immediately. While our standard policies apply, we will work with you to find the best solution based on your circumstances.
