• Items are inspected and cleaned after every pickup and before the next delivery.
• Quality Providers use parent-approved, non-toxic cleaners.
• All items are checked against recall lists.
• Car seats are monitored for expiration dates.
• Quality Providers must pass mandatory background checks.
• $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage is provided on all rentals.

This insurance covers potential claims from third parties for bodily injury or property damage that might occur during the rental period. It’s an important differentiator between BabyQuip and other baby gear rental services. The insurance does not cover theft of equipment by customers, nor does it cover repair or replacement costs for normal wear and tear on baby gear.
