How do you ensure that the car seats you rent haven't been in an accident that wouldn't leave visible damage?

To ensure that unsafe/damaged car seats are not rented by Quality Providers, we offer a replacement program. We purchase QPs a brand new car seat if they have one that has been involved in a car accident, and the damaged one is discarded or recycled.
