With CFAR:

• Cancel any time before the reservation starts for any reason
• Receive a full refund minus only the CFAR fee
• No questions asked

Without CFAR (Standard Policy for US-based Quality Providers):

• Cancel 15+ days before reservation: Full refund minus service fee
• Cancel 14 or fewer days before reservation: No refund
