Can I modify my reservation after it's been confirmed?
You can modify your reservation by logging into your BabyQuip account. Changes you can make include:
- Adding or removing items
- Extending or changing dates
- Updating the delivery address
Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation start date. Some changes may require approval from your Quality Provider. You will receive an email notification once your request is approved or denied.
If you need to make a change within 48 hours of your start date, please contact your Quality Provider directly.

Refunds for modifications follow the cancellation policy. Extending your rental less than 24 hours before pickup may result in an extension fee.
