BabyQuip Bucks terms and restrictions

Eligibility

  • BabyQuip Bucks can only be used on US orders
  • Both referrer and referred customer must have valid BabyQuip accounts
  • Self-referrals are not eligible for BabyQuip Bucks rewards

Expiration

  • BabyQuip Bucks expire 12 months from the date they are issued
  • Expiration dates are viewable in your account dashboard
  • You will receive an email notification 30 days before your BabyQuip Bucks expire

Usage Limitations

  • BabyQuip Bucks cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts (check promotion terms for details)
  • BabyQuip Bucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account
  • BabyQuip Bucks cannot be applied to gratuities, sales tax, or other fees
  • Minimum order values may apply for certain promotions
  • BabyQuip Bucks can only be used for rentals and cleaning services, not for purchase of consumable items

Referral Program Specifics

  • The referred friend must be a new BabyQuip customer (not have an existing account)
  • The referral must be made before the friend creates their account
  • BabyQuip Bucks from referrals are credited only after the referred friend completes their reservation
  • Multiple referrals are allowed and each successful referral earns rewards
