# BabyQuip Bucks terms and restrictions
**Eligibility**
- BabyQuip Bucks can only be used on US orders
- Both referrer and referred customer must have valid BabyQuip accounts
- Self-referrals are not eligible for BabyQuip Bucks rewards
**Expiration**
- BabyQuip Bucks expire 12 months from the date they are issued
- Expiration dates are viewable in your account dashboard
- You will receive an email notification 30 days before your BabyQuip Bucks expire
**Usage Limitations**
- BabyQuip Bucks cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts (check promotion terms for details)
- BabyQuip Bucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account
- BabyQuip Bucks cannot be applied to gratuities, sales tax, or other fees
- Minimum order values may apply for certain promotions
- BabyQuip Bucks can only be used for rentals and cleaning services, not for purchase of consumable items
**Referral Program Specifics**
- The referred friend must be a new BabyQuip customer (not have an existing account)
- The referral must be made before the friend creates their account
- BabyQuip Bucks from referrals are credited only after the referred friend completes their reservation
- Multiple referrals are allowed and each successful referral earns rewards
